  2. Tambahkan daun bawang, kemudian tepung sagu. Aduk kembali sampai tercampur semua rata.
  3. Isikan kedalam lembaran kulit pangsit dan bentuk sesuai selera (saya pakai cetakan agar lebih kokoh). Lalu beri hiasan wortel parut diatasnya.
  4. Panaskan kukusan hingga air mendidih. Kemudian kukus adonan selama -/+ 30 menit atau sampai matang (kulit terlihat bening).
  5. Siap disajikan dengan saus sambal. Bisa juga digoreng (siomay goreng) atau disimpan dulu dalam lemari pendingin. Selamat mencoba 😊
