  1. Iris tipis sayur lalu sisihkan. Lanjut uleg bumbu halus.
  2. Tuang terigu pada wadah lalu campur dengan bumbu halus dan air secukupnya, aduk rata jangan terlalu cair. (Jangan lupa tes rasa)
  3. Setelah tercampur rata, masukkan sayuran dan aduk kembali hingga semua sayur tercampur.
  4. Siapkan wajan, dan panaskan minyak. Lalu goreng hingga kecoklatan.
  5. Jika sudah matang, angkat & sajikan selagi hangat.
