- Haluskan semua daftar bumbu halus, boleh uleg boleh blender, bebasss
- Masukkan air ke wajan, campurkan dengan Tropicana Slim Santan, aduk2 api kecil
- Masukkan bumbu halus, labu, dan wortel
- Ketika labu sudah mulai empuk, masukkan kacang panjang
- Tambahkan cabe rawit, garam, dan kaldu serbuk, koreksi rasanya. Parut kentang di atas kuah biar makin gurih dan sedikit mengental
- Sambil tunggu mateng, panggang tempe di oven suhu 200 C selama 10-15 menit. Boleh olesin minyak sedikit biar gurih :)
- Selesai! Sajikan sayur lodeh bersama nasi hangar dan tempe panggang :)
