- Take a pan add oil then add onion fry it then grind it well and mix it with curd and keep aside.
- In the same pan in add cumin seeds, black pepper, clove, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, green cardamom, bay leaf and add tomato and stir fry well. Then add ginger garlic paste, salt and red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and add chicken then stir fry for 10 minutes and add onion, curd paste and stir fry well until it turns to a smooth gravy then add some water and grind garam masala then add it in the curry and stir cook 10 minutes on low flame.
- Now ready to serve with paratha.
