- Oil mein pyaz golden fry karen or lehsan adrak daal kar 2 minutes fry karen
- Tamator chopped or green chilli cut laga kar sath hi daal dain or thora sa pani add kar ke isko bhooney.
- Ab spices add karen or chicken add kar ke sath bhoontay rahen.
- Pani dal kar dum per rakh dain 12-15 minutes, Chicken cook ho jaye, oil separate ho jaye to usko mix kar ke us mein 1 cup pani add kar dain ya jitna shorba apko rakhna hai.
- End mein kaali Mirch dalen, hara dhaniya dalen or 1 minute dum dy dain. Chicken curry tyar hai.
