  1. Siapkan bahan isian, cuci bersih ayam beri perasan jeruk nipis diamkan 15 menit, panaskan air hingga mendidih rebus ayam hingga matang, suir2 ayam / potong potong ayam tambahkan saus Saori saus tiram, merica, dan garam diamkan biarkan meresap 15 menit, sisihkan.

  7. Beri alas kertas, biarkan mengembang kurang lebih 20 menit. Panaskan panci kukusan, beri kain pada tutup panci, kemudian kukus selama 15 menit, angkat dan sajikan.
