- Get 20 buah cabe rawit

- Make ready Secukupnya Tahu goreng, dipotong2
- Take Secukupnya Selada, potong2
- Make ready Secukupnya kecambah/taoge, rebus sebentar, angkat
- Prepare Secukupnya mie kuning

- Bersihkan daging. Rebus daging dalam air mendidih, sebentar saja sampai daging berubah warna. Angkat. Lalu potong2. Jangan buang air rebusan.
- Bumbu halus untuk daging ditumis hingga wangi, lalu masukkan potongan daging. Beri sedikit air. Masak hingga bumbu meresap. Lalu tuang balik daging kedalam air rebusan daging tadi. Masak hingga daging empuk.
- Membuat perkedel, parut Singkong (bisa diblender supaya lebih halus) Lalu campur bumbu halus. Koreksi rasa. Bentuk sesuai selera. Lalu goreng hingga matang.
- Membuat petis. Campur semua bahan, lalu rebus hingga mengental. Angkat.
- Membuat sambal, rebus cabe, angkat, lalu haluskan. Bisa tambahkan garam sedikit.
- Penyelesaian : tata diatas piring, tuang petis beri sambal. Lalu taruh potongan selada, mie kuning dan kecambah. Beri potongan tahu dan perkedel singkong. tuang daging dan kuah dalm keadaan panas. Terakhir taburi kerupuk. Sajikan. 😋😍
