  4. Haluskan ebi, lengkuas, terasi dan 2 buah cabai merah agar lbh terasa pedas
  5. Panaskan sedikit minyak dan tumis semua bumbu iris dan bumbu halus masukkan juga daun salam dan cabai rawit utuh, tumis sampai harum dan sedikit layu
  6. Tambahkan air 500cc, garam, gula, penyedap dan kecap, dicicip dahulu jika dirasa sudah pas lalu masukkan tahu yg telah digoreng beserta potongan tempe dan irisan daun bawang, setelah mendidih masukkan santan dan aduk rata, diamkan sampai bumbu benar2 meresap ke tahu dan tempe nya (jika kuah nya dirasa kurang bisa ditambahkan air lagi sampai bumbu benar2 meresap dan kuah dirasa cukup)
