  1. Masukka bakal tempe dan tepung tapioka dalam 1 wadah. Usahakan jangan terkena air dan tangan, aduk dengan spatula.

  3. Masukkan kedalam plastik, lalu ikat ujung plastik masing-masing dengan tali. Lalu lubangi plastik. Biasanya akan jadi 24jam, tp aku better 36jam baru ku masak.
  4. Ini penampakan tempe sagu yang sudah jadi.
  5. Haluskan bumbu celup, lalu iris tipis tempe.
  6. Panaskan minyak dengan api kecil. Jika sudah panas, masukan tempe ke dalam celupan bumbu, lalu masukkan ke minyak. (Cukup dicelup jangan direndam). Lanjut menggoreng dengan api kecil..
  7. Lalu balik. Lakukan hingga selesai.
  8. Tempa matang, lalu tiriskan.
