- Setelah cukup meresap, goreng tempe di minyak panas hingga berwarna kuning keemasan.
- Untuk membuat sambal penyet, panaskan sedikit minyak. Goreng cabe merah, rawit, dan bawang putih hingga layu.
- Selanjutnya, ulek cabe merah, rawit, dan bawang putih. Tambahkan garam, gula, dan kaldu jamur. Untuk membuat tempe penyet tetap enak dan garing sampe malam, aku ngulek cabe nya pas udah agak dingin. Dan tempe nya jg udah agak dingin. Jgn masih panas-panas langsung di ulek, nanti akan cpt melempam.
- Tambahkan tempe goreng yg sdh agak dingin. Tumbuk kasar, jangan sampai terlalu hancur. Lalu aduk-aduk menggunakan spatula.
